  • Front-line underwriting of all business marketed to and placed with SIAA strategic partner companies.
  • A committed and proactive pursuit of long-term, profitable relationships between SIAA strategic partner companies and Master Agencies and SIAA.
  • Equal distribution of all profit-sharing to prevent adverse selection.
  • Contractual covenants prohibiting the acceptance of third-party brokered accounts.

  • SIAA conducts an intensive due diligence process before accepting an agency into any SIAA Master Agency Alliance.
  • SIAA’s target demographic calls for the appointment of only one in 10 agency prospects in any Exclusive Territory.SIAA is a quality driven model.
  • SIAA and the Master Agencies have a partnering relationship in the growth of all agencies at all levels.
  • SIAA Agreements contractually prohibit brokerage. We strongly believe that each piece of business should be rated, written and submitted by a licensed agent who writes a risk.
  • SIAA establishes specific premium growth commitments between Master Agency Alliances and Strategic Partner Companies.
  • SIAA electronically tracks the progress of each member agency commitment to assure that each agency meets their commitments.
  • Master Agencies have strong contractual language to ensure the satisfactory and profitable performance of their alliance member Agencies.
  • No SIAA agency, at any level, is allowed to write business with any company unless the company gives prior permission for the respective agency to submit business.
  • SIAA Master Agency Alliances operate with a very specific Quality Control Standards program to guarantee quality business as attested to by SIAA's very favorable historic loss ratios averaging less than 50%.
  • SIAA pays incentives for all partner agencies to write profitable business. The Independent Strategic Member Agency receives 100% of the commission (preferred or otherwise) and a fluctuating percentage of all SIAA national and Master Agency Portfolio Management Service Fees.
